The Wonders Of Fuits

Fresh fruits provides the finest and best sources of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, nutrients and anti-oxidants that our bodies need. Most of the fruits have very high concentration of one kind of another vitamin or mineral that our bodies craves. Repeatedly consuming of numerous types of fruits provides us with the vitamins, minerals and enzymes our bodies need to keep it in its most excellent form.

Some health benefits from consuming oranges includes retarding the development of hardening of the arteries and curing constipation problems.

3.       Banana

Bananas have very high content of potassium, a mineral that is essential to the normal muscular function in both voluntary muscles and involuntary muscles. They are also a good source of dietary fiber and low in saturated fat and cholesterol. This is also one of the few fruits which contain the entire range of vitamin B—thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), folate (B6) and very little B5 and B12. Bananas can be beneficial to our health such as helping to keep our blood pressure at bay and snacking on bananas frequently helps to keep your blood sugar levels up, thus preventing us from feeling nauseous.
